Create an online fundraising account today by visiting our Fundraising Homepage, or simply choose "Yes" in the Get Involved section of our registration form when registering for the full or half marathon event. Invite your friends, family or co-workers to contribute – tell them you are running for Donna!
For offline donations, please download a fundraiser form (PDF, 192K). In order to include offline donations on your fundraising page, please follow these steps:
- Go to active.com/activegiving and login with your Active.com username and password. Click "Campaign Center".
- Select the "Track Offline Donations" tab on the top of the page.
- Fill in the information of the offline donation (who gave it, how much, etc.) and click "Save this Donation" at the bottom.
Please allow some time for the offline donation(s) you add to appear on the front-end total.
You may also download information (PDF, 175K) to distribute to potential donors including charitable information and 501C(3) documentation for tax deduction purposes. Once you have collected donations, please mail in your fundraising page and money to:

If you work for a company that has a matching program and you have a matching form to submit to our team, please complete the donor portion and fax the form to our Treasurer at 904-398-9940. We will complete the Foundation portion and submit to the appropriate company for the matching amount.
Funds raised from the 26.2 with Donna The National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer will go to breast cancer research at Mayo Clinic and to funding the critical needs of underserved women with breast cancer through The Donna Foundation.
While a portion of the proceeds will be used by The Donna Foundation for the care of these survivors in need, the Foundation has pledge to donate the majority of funds raised to Mayo Clinic for laboratory research and clinical trials to help eradicate breast cancer.
The Breast Clinic’s director at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Dr. Edith Perez, is one of the world’s most respected researchers in the field.

This year we will award top fundraisers in two categories. Our overall top fundraiser and our overall top Galloway Training Member fundraiser will each win trips to exciting international marathons.
Top Overall Fundraiser will Win a Trip to the Paris Marathon!
The registered runner who raises the most money for our cause will enjoy seven days in Paris, France and entry in to the 2009 Paris Marathon.
This seven day, six night package includes:
- Roundtrip airline tickets to Paris
- 6 night accommodations in gorgeous furnished apartment
- Apartment is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer
- Apartment is located close to 3 metro lines that run to popular destinations such as the Louvre
- Guaranteed 2009 marathon registration
Top Galloway Fundraiser will Win a Trip to the Athens Marathon!
The registered Galloway Training Program member who raises the most money for our cause will join Jeff Galloway on a free trip to Athens, Greece to run the Athens Marathon.
This six day, five night package includes:
- Roundtrip airport hotel transfers
- 5 night hotel accommodations
- Breakfast daily
- Arrival orientation with refreshments
- Athens city tour and tour of the Acropolis
- Half day tour to Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon
- Guaranteed marathon registration
- Race number processing and distribution at our hotel
- Pasta Dinner the night before the marathon
- Transfer to the start of the marathon
- Extra race support at the halfway point and the finish with fruit and snacks
- Our own sweep vehicles to follow the race
- Transfer from the stadium back to the hotel
- Gala awards banquet with Greek dancers and entertainment after the marathon
