Finish Breast Cancer - The Course
The marathon, half-marathon and relay events will begin near the Mayo Clinic Campus in Jacksonville, Florida and follows a spectator lined course through the unique beach communities of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach. The course will detour onto 2.5 miles of beautiful hard-packed sand on the Florida coastline, which is perfect for running!
This race is a Boston Qualifier for 2013. The marathon certification number is FL07055EBM and the half-marathon certification number is FL07057EBM. The course is one of the fastest in the state of Florida, and has consistently ranked in the top 10 fastest marathon times by Floridians since the inaugural year in 2008 as reported by USATF.
The course is also beginner friendly and the only marathon in the country with Galloway Pace Groups.
The breast cancer marathon course will be open for 7 hours, allowing for a 16-minute per mile marathon or 32-minute per mile half-marathon pace.
Water, fuel and aid stations will be positioned along the race course.

Water stations providing Athena, the Official Water of 26.2 with Donna, will be available approximately every mile. Odd mile water stations will provide Gatorade courtesy of Winn-Dixie.
GU, our official fuel partner, will be available starting at mile 5, every 3 miles. Medical aid stations will be available every 3 miles.
Portable restrooms will be available at many locations all over the course. Never fear, restrooms are near. Green portolets that use non-toxic deodorizer and recycled toilet paper and hand sanitizer instead of paper towels.
This is a Cup Reduced Race!
26.2 with Donna invites all event participants to bring their own hydration device join us as we race cup free, or at least cup reduced! Through this green effort, our water stations will be safer, more efficient, and produce less waste from paper cups! Don’t worry, we will still have plenty of cups.
Water stations along the course will be equipped with a HydraPour™ high speed dispenser that will rapidly fill your favorite hydration device — bottle, refillable container or HydraPouch®, in about one second. Look for the HydraPour™ option to follow traditional cup distributing volunteers at each water station. Click here to see how easy it will be to race Cup-Free in our upcoming event and get 10% off if you purchase a HydraPouch, the lightest and most comfortable way for a runner to hydrate in any race. The HydraPouch® will also be available for purchase at the Health & Fitness Expo for $13.95.
