HOW TO ENTER: Enter for a chance to win at your local Jacksonville Smoothie King. For a list of participating locations, visit www.rideblue.com/smoothieking, or enter by sending a postcard to Smooth Your Ride, PO Box 813612 Smyrna, GA 30081-8612. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth. Postcards must be received no later than November 13, 2009 and must be postmarked between October 3, 2009 and November 6, 2009.
ELIGABILITY: Smooth Your Ride (“the Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residency at the time of entry. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Sweepstakes: (a) any person who is a Smoothie King® franchisee or an employee, director, officer, agent or independent contractor of a Smoothie King® franchisee; (b) any person who is an employee, director, officer, agent or independent contractor of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. or its parents or subsidiaries; (c) any person who is an employee, director, officer, agent or independent contractor of Blue Competition Cycles or its parents or subsidiaries; (d) individuals who are immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, biological or adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, and each of their respective spouses) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited.
TIMEFRAME OF THE SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01am EDT on October 3, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm EDT on November 6, 2009. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received.
