New and improved online fundraising site is live!
26.2 with Donna is excited to announce a new and improved online fundraising website http://donate.breastcancermarathon.com. The site is available now and effective April 1, 2009 we are accepting donations for the Third Annual event. The new online fundraising website will allow anyone to easily and securely become a fundraiser, make a donation, create a fundraising team and monitor top teams and fundraisers.
The 26.2 with Donna The National Marathon to Fight Breast Cancer is the only marathon in the country dedicated solely to fighting breast cancer. 100% of funds by runners and all donations benefit life-saving breast cancer research at Mayo Clinic and to help meet the critical needs of women in need with breast cancer through The Donna Foundation. Thanks to the support of our fundraiser, donors, runners and sponsors we have raised over 1.5 million dollars in our first two years!
We sincerely appreciate your contribution and support – your partnership to the cause is paramount. We are proud that our event does not require fundraising and we recognize those of you who choose to fundraise are doing so by choice. Thank you.
