Jim Gilmore

Mr. Gilmore is President of Agency Approval & Development, Inc. a planning, permitting and development resource for public and private clients. AA&D provides expertise in public policy strategic planning, issue analysis, and financing. For private clients, AA&D defines market opportunities, land use regulatory requirements, economic feasibility analysis, deal structuring and governmental relations services.
Prior to founding AA&D, Mr. Gilmore directed economic development agencies for the City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and Louisville, Kentucky.
Jim is also a member of the joint planning committee for the Duval County School Board and the City of Jacksonville, a nominating committee member for the Gateway Girl Scout Council, and a Board Director of the JEA (Jacksonville Electric Authority).
